Cancellations:

An order may be cancelled so long as I have not started to make it. Please reach out via email or the contact form on the website regarding order cancellation. If I am able to cancel your order, you will be refunded the total amount paid minus the processing fee charged to me by Shopify, which is about 3-4% of the total order cost.
